The Japanese readme says that the body won't show up properly if you have other instances of mbody.model in other mods, so check your gamedata folder to make sure it's the only one there. The only thing you should need to do to make that mod work is drag and drop it into your sybaris/gamedata folder, delete any other mods that use mbody.model, then set your male transparency in game to zero.
